Unfortunately, due to concerns over coronavirus (Covid-19), we are postponing our workshops that were due to run in March 2020.

Birmingham City University has taken the decision that all external events must be cancelled with immediate effect. This includes Screenwriters’ Forum sessions, which are hosted at the BCU Curzon Building on Cardigan Street.

The affected sessions are the third workshop in our Introduction to Professional Screenwriting Course: The 1st Draft on 16th March and our Script Development Group, Writing a Microbudget Feature Film, on 30th March.

We are considering other options to deliver these sessions, but our very highest priority is the wellbeing of our attendees, guest speakers, and tutors. We will therefore continue to monitor the situation, both with Birmingham City University and regarding coronavirus as a whole, as we make further decisions.
